The festival will be held on November 11 and 12, 2016 and may involve national filmmakers or residents in Spain.
Participants may submit up to a maximum of two short films made from January 1, 2014. The works for viewing must be sent and make their registration. The delivery dates will be from May 1 to July 31, 2016, both inclusive. Registration is online through the MOVIBETA platform.
